Cookie Policy
How SpinIt uses browser storage, what is optional, and how to change your choices at any time.
Last updated 3 August 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how SpinIt uses cookies and similar browser storage technologies. Some storage is necessary for the service to work. Other categories are optional and remain off unless you choose to enable them.

1. Essential storage
Essential storage is always enabled because SpinIt needs it for core functionality, security, and to remember the privacy choice you make. It includes first-party browser storage used for wheel drafts and saved browser wheels, basic service settings, and the privacy-choice record itself.
You cannot switch essential storage off through the Privacy Choices Centre. Clearing browser data may remove this storage and can cause locally saved wheels and your consent choice to be lost.
2. Authentication storage
When you sign in, SpinIt uses the storage required by Supabase authentication to maintain and protect your session. This is necessary to provide account features safely, including cloud wheels and account security controls.
Authentication storage is enabled only where applicable and is not an optional advertising or analytics setting.
3. Analytics
Analytics is optional and is off by default. If you enable it, SpinIt may collect limited product-use telemetry so we can understand feature use and improve reliability. SpinIt currently does not set a separate analytics cookie; limited first-party session storage may be used to avoid duplicate measurement events during a visit.
When Analytics is disabled, SpinIt does not send future optional analytics events. If you withdraw consent, SpinIt removes its known first-party analytics storage where technically possible.
4. Advertising
Advertising is optional and is off by default. SpinIt does not currently load Google Ads, Google Analytics, advertising tags, or advertising cookies in this build. This category is available so you can make a choice before any future advertising integration is introduced.
5. Personalization
Personalization is optional and is off by default. SpinIt does not currently use optional personalization cookies or similar storage. If that changes, this Policy and the Privacy Choices Centre will be updated before the feature is used.
6. Changing or withdrawing consent
Use the permanent Manage privacy choices link in the SpinIt footer to open the Privacy Choices Centre. There you can save individual choices, accept all optional categories, or reject all non-essential categories at any time.
Your choices apply only to this browser and device. SpinIt does not sync consent choices through an account. If you clear browser data, the saved record is removed and SpinIt will ask again on your next visit.
